- Our office complies with the current COVID-19 policies. If you have any specific question or concerns please call us ahead of your appointment.
- If you are coming with a cosmetic concern please be advised that the cost of consultation and treatment is not covered by OHIP. If you have a referral from your family doctor the consultation will be free of charge. Currently the cost of vaginal laser treatments is not covered by OHIP.
- We strive to send notifications for your upcoming appointments, so please let us know 24 hours ahead if you are unable to come. There may be a charge for a missed appointment but if you miss two appointments without notification we will not be able to rebook you and you will need to find another physician.
- We dislike waiting as much as you do, but sometimes an assessment takes longer than initially anticipated and we may be running behind. If you are late or you need to leave by a certain time, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
